Last Sunday, Sta Elena held their 5th Balik Bukid Country Fair, Mother’s Day Special. 🙂 This biannual Country Fair is a much awaited event, where we go back to basics. Local eco-friendly businesses are being showcased where you can go shop, eat, and experience farm living with farm animal feeding, all-day activities under the sun and live music.
Balik Bukid 4 was the first ever Country Fair we went to. It was held last November, which was so much cooler and windier than last Sunday. It was so much fun that we waited for Balik Bukid 5! 🙂
The total ambiance is so much lighter than the city’s rush. It is something to look forward to after a week-long’s work. 🙂 Such pretty centerpieces! 🙂
Acacia School served as Kid’s Zone, where you can drop your children and you can go shop and eat.
Since it fell on a Mother’s Day, they have something special for mothers. There’s a spa where you can have massages and stuff. You can also request for picnic mats if you want to sit on the grass.
On the other side of the property is the Shopping and Dining area.
The property is filled with inspirational quotations. 🙂
You can write some love and wishes for your Mom on their Dear Mom board.
The Shopping area is filled with lots and lots of good find! People keeps on pilling up! 🙂
Of course we didn’t leave empty handed!
The Dining area is just behind the Shopping area.
Fresh produce are also available! 🙂
Got me some Bucky’s N Cream! 🙂
I’m already excited for the Balik Bukid 6! It will be on November/December so the weather is more pleasant. Will definitely go and buy more stuff!

Take care Loves! 🙂
